I admit I liked the first book in the series better than this one but even with that being said you can not go wrong with these fabulous stories. Kresley Cole's books are worth every lost minute of sleep.

I did like this book. Alot of the book was about a competion called the Hie, it is like the olympics for immortals.

I got lost in this book and didn't want to come out. Another highly intense yet witty masterpiece by Cole. Yipee ky yea. This is one of the best series I've read in a while. And I thought the first book was so fabulous. It just keeps getting better and better. Fasten your seatbelts, break out the popcorn (or chocolate), the tissue, and a fan (for the yummy steamy parts). As Kaderin says "the cake is worth the bake." Twilight, what.

I also like Bowen's storyline in this book and felt for his pain. I loved the chemistry between Sebastian and Kederin. This was a great follow-up to "A hunger like no other". I can't believe all he went through. Although he was a vampire he exuded nothing less then gentleness, caring, and a hell of a sex appeal. The storyline was very interesting and I found I couldn't put the book down. I'm looking forward to the next book where we get his side of the story in detail. I so rooting for him.

Not my favorite Krelsey Cole book, but I still liked it. I just wanted to take "Bastin" home and kick Kaderin's butt (but her being all Valkyrie she would probably kill me).
